If you have an emergency call 111 immediately for assistance. You will be asked if you require Police, Fire or Ambulance and redirected.

298 Youth Health offer free medical consultations and counseling to those aged between 10 and 25 years of age. They are currently based on the corner of Barbadoes Street and Gloucester Street and would love to see you!

Healthline offers a free health advice service and are available 24 hours per day. You can trust Healthline as you know that your call will be answered by a registered nurse who you can talk with in confidence about any health issues you may be worried about and what you can do next. Interpreters are available on request.
The Salvation Army – All Campuses
The Salvation Army offers a variety of services to meet the needs of those that are having a bit of difficulty in their lives. Whether you need some budgeting advice or family support they are there to help. Go to the website to find a contact near you.

Aviva – Womens Refuge
Aviva work tirelessly to help women with education programmes and support services, information and safe housing, young people and children experiencing abuse, as well as advice to their concerned friends and family members. If you need a hand with anything – give them a call for support.

Avonmore is committed to making sure that International students receive the best service when enrolling into our courses. When students come to study in New Zealand, education providers have an important responsibility to ensure that those students are well informed, safe and properly cared for.

Studylink is a service run by the Ministry of Social Development. They aim to connect people with the information that they need to make informed decisions about student finances and other study-related issues, and provide financial support to students. If you cannot find the information that you are looking for online at www.studylink.govt.nz please contact them directly on 0800 88 99 00 and have your ID number ready.

Education Tauranga is an association of learning institutions of the Bay of Plenty region in New Zealand. Our institutions are places of learning ranging from primary to tertiary as well as English language schools. We work collaboratively to recruit and welcome international students to the beautiful Bay of Plenty region in New Zealand, and ensure they have an enjoyable experience while studying with us.
Independent Tertiary Education New Zealand (ITENZ)
This is a national organisation representing private tertiary education institutions in New Zealand. The association is the largest covering all areas of tertiary education and is recognised by the government and government agencies as the main representative of the sector. Avonmore was recognised and awarded as the Private Tertiary Education Provider of the Year by ITENZ for the second time in 2013.
Enrolment at Avonmore
NZ Domestic students (NZ Citizen, NZ Resident, Australian Citizen) that wish to attend Avonmore need to call to book an Information Session where they will be given an Information Pack containing the Enrolment form – If you would like to call us, please call on 0800 4 AVONMORE. This is currently the only way to enrol on an Avonmore course.
International Students looking to enrol at Avonmore need to access International Student information through the International Student Avonmore web page. Please click here to be taken to the correct page.
